At SUNDAY MASS, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn and unwashed items. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to be eligible for a full refund or exchange.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare Your Package
Securely pack your items in their original shipping box and include the printed return slip provided by our portal.
Ship Your Return
Attach the prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
